Timothy J. Webster

Mr. Webster focuses his practice on the areas of unemployment compensation and workers’ compensation, representing clients in the manufacturing, government, health care, energy and utilities, retail, and automotive industries. He represents businesses large and small, including family-owned companies and national corporations. Mr. Webster has also represented governmental entities such as county administrations, cities, school districts, and universities, as well as health care institutions, including hospitals and home health care providers.
