Overview

Mr. Davis is an associate in Roetzel’s Business Litigation Group.  He supports both public and private companies in matters related to contract and consumer disputes, business torts, and land ownership issues.  Mr. Davis' experience includes all aspects of managing discovery, motion practice, document review, complex legal research, and trial preparation.  He also serves as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General’s office on matters related to workers’ compensation.

While in law school, Mr. Davis worked in the in-house legal department of a Fortune 200 electric utility company.  He took advantage of this opportunity and gained experience in all stages of litigation, including strategy and tactics, eDiscovery, traditional discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.  Mr. Davis now has a unique perspective on the needs and expectations of in-house counsel.

Before law school, he served as a planner for the Summit County Emergency Management Agency and also worked as a congressional intern in Washington, D.C.
